Shipping Problems
Baller-Racing is not responsible for any damages that result during transport. We take as many precautions as we can to ensure that your product arrives in one piece, but accidents still happen. All packages are insured for the full dollar amount. If the situation occurs that one of your packages is damaged, please be sure to save all original packaging, and notify us immediately. If you are worried about the contents of a package, make sure you inspect everything before signing for it. If for some reason you have an order that was double shipped, please immediately contact us, so we can issue a call tag to get it resolved.
Billing Problems
Baller-Racing only charges products once they are due to ship out. Every card is authorized once the order is placed, but no funds are collected until your order ships out. This makes it very easy for us to avoid billing issues, but in the rare occasion that you feel like there has been an error, please contact us imeadeatly.
Order Cancellations
Orders that are not in stock may be cancelled at any time. If an order is in stock and has begun the "Processing" stage, a 10% Credit Card surcharge fee will apply. This is a standard fee that credit card companies charge us to refund a credit card. No exceptions.
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us so we can try to help. If you’re not happy with your purchase, that is alright, we will take it back. There is a minimal 25% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned. All returns must be made within 15 days of Invoice date. All returns must have an approved RMA number, any products that are sent back to us must have a Return Authorization Number, and no product will be accepted at the receiving dock without one. We are able to take back items that are new, and still Sealed in Retail Packaging. Due to the nature of Electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order items are also not refundable.
International Orders
All International orders must be prepaid, with either, a U.S. Money Order, Certified Check, Or Bank Wire. International orders cannot be paid for with a credit card, and previous arrangements must be made beforehand. Please contact us via email for all international Inquiries.
